• Question: are some people immune to sleep paralysis or is it something that may occur to everyone?

      I dont know of anyone being immune to it. Some people are more likely to get it than others particularly if they are stressed or anxious. But it really is your brain waking too early whilst your body is still paralysed in REM sleep so it can happen to anyone!
