Yes of course. One of the cool thing that I do in my PhD is that I’m testing if a new device “like ear plugs” that you insert in your ear and can read your brain waves so we can rell if you are awake or sleep and which sleep stage you are in. I have achived good results from that and an article about it will be published in the internet very soon. So the answer of your question is yes, we use all differnt kind of technologies everyday, but this vary from person to person. I hope I answer your question!
