      Definitely! Smoking can keep you awake as it stimulates your body. The difficulty is that giving up smoking can also disrupt your sleep so probably best not to start in the first place. As for drinking, and I am assuming alcohol here 🙂 Yep, that can also affect your sleep! The more alcohol you have the sleepier you will get and if you have enough it will put you to sleep. The problem is that the sleep that you get after too much alcohol is really bad. You will tend to wake up in the middle of the night and the sleep you do get will not be very refreshing. Part of the experience of a hangover is a result of poor sleep.
