      Hi! Have a look at the national sleep foundation for the recommended amounts you should sleep for your age. My research is based on a study that looked at students who didnt sleep well. They slept on average 7hrs and when they got 8-9 hours, the ones that got C grades got B grades in a test. There is also a really cool study on a US basketball team, when they were made to sleep for 8 hours or more a night their sprint times got loads better and their shooting accuracy improved.
      Im trying to look at how students in the UK sleep and what we can do to make it better so every student can preform at their best in exams!
