      between 9-13 hours for teens, and between 7-9 hours for adults. This should be during the night.

      Hi tapdakap – Yousef is right, these are the general numbers we talk about as ideal sleep times based on your age. There is suggested by organisations like the National Sleep Foundation that you can stray a little outside those times and it is still okay but not too far.
