      Hi Csolerc – I am afraid not! Sleep is really important for our physical and mental health that without it we are more likely to become ill. Some people talk about relaxation as being a substitute for a good night’s sleep but I disagree as it is only during sleep that the body can do some of the functions which keep us fit and healthy.
