Question: what can cause sleeping on your front ?

🙁 I’m afraid I do not know the reason for sleeping on your front. I cannot find convincing reason, even after some search on the internet and publication website! By the way, according to Mayo clinic, sleeping on your front seems not good for your spine position~ let me know if you find out why!
