Sleep spnoea is a disruption of breathing during sleep. This disruption comes at total stop of breathing for seconds or even minutes, or partial clousrer of the airway so breathing become slower. This will decrease the oxygen that delivered to the blood, this will cause frequent awakening, increase in heart beat, and in the long term will cause hypertension, diabetes, and may be Alzahiemer disease.
