      This is a million pound question! No body really knows in fact. However, Scientists have come up with different theory, one of which is releasing the emotions. But the question is still exist, why we need to release emotion in form of dreams? another theory that just become popular in these days is that dream play roles in memory function. So there is no clear answer to that question as far as I know, there are only theories for that. I wish I can give you a short answer but there isn’t in reality. I think you will be able to answer it some day when become a scientist, right?
