Hi. Our body clock is located in the brain and tells all the clocks in the organs what time it is. When the body clock signals its night we hopefully sleep and the body enters a resting state so food isnt needed. We do keep making urine through the night and our body clock signals the bladder to get more stretchy so it can hold more urine at night! Its why we need to go to the loo as soon as we wake up!
