Yes, indeed it will! Especially when you play before going to bed. There are two major sources for such influence, first is emotionally, things excite you keep you awake. Secondly, it is the blue light on motors, computer or mobile devices background lighting, the blue light act as a strong stimulation forces, which will fool one’s brain to think it is still day time, so your brain will try hard to keep you awake. 🙂
