• Question: Have you ever had a lucid dream yourself?

      I did this morning! I often snooze which is very very bad for my sleep hygiene. If my alarm wakes me up then I snooze for 20 minutes, I often drop back into my dream and continue the story. Sometimes I’m lucky and can control my dreams. My Dad has always been able to lucid dream and does most nights.
      My dream wasn’t very interesting this morning, I was in the lab and my emails were like that seen in Harry Potter when the Hogworts letters were flying around (Im recruiting for an insomnia study so have lots of participant emails). The lucid part was me cleaning the paperwork up. Boring right?!
