• Question: hi i'm Louie I have a question how long does it take for our body to deactivate when your about to sleep?

      Hi Louie! may be Jason is better in answering this but i’ll give it a try~ It is generally recommended we switch off monitors that emits blue light half an hour before bed time and our body temperature starts to drop at about an hour to half an hour before bed too, so I think half an hour to an hour is what our body takes to prepare for sleep 🙂
