      Great question. If there is only one thing you want to do to improve your sleep, so I would advice you to keep consistent in your wake up and bed time, no matter weekday or weekend. This is extremely important because our body loves routine. the other thing is that try to achieve at least 7 hours of good sleep per night. keep the room dark and cold (22-18 degree), no heavy meal 2 hours before bedtime, no mobile phone an hour before the bedtime. I would also encourage to keep the bedroom for sleep only so your brain associate the bedroom with sleep. these simple thing if you keep doing every night I guarantee your sleep will improve dramatically.
