      Hi ms2005, well perhaps yes. The more I learn about sleep the more I “try” to apply on myself and my family. I’m really glad that you love this work, and I encourage you to learn more. We have a website where you can learn more about sleep: SleepImperial.com. You can go there and start read some articles and watch videos. One of the things I learned from this field and I have been practicing since then, is reading right before the sleep because reading before sleep will more likely keep the info in your memory because sleep consolidate memory.

    Hi ms2005 – Yes and no! Like Yousef, the more I learn about sleep the more I put into practice on nights when I have a difficulty sleeping. However, I will be in my laboratory all night sometimes and then stay at work all day as well and I know that is not good for people…

    I am glad you love our work! I LOVE it too and could not think of doing anything else…
