      The BMI should be lower than 25 kg/m2. That is the level of normal weight. The sleep start to be affected when you are obese (BMI>30). The relationship, however, between sleep and weight is not really clear. You may see people with high BMI and sleep fine and vice versa, but the BMI is more related to the heart and respiratory problems.
