• Question: Why do I sometimes feel dizzy when standing up after sleeping?

      I am not a doctor but I believe it is change in body position from a laying down position to a standing up position. If the change is too sudden, our blood supply haven’t catch up in time, so less blood to our brain makes us feel dizzy. 🙂
