      Hi Junearbina! Oh yes, a bad day or stress can impact on your sleep – you might find it harder to fall asleep because you have so many things on your mind but also because we produce a hormone (cortisol) when we are stressed and this hormone is not helpful for sleep as it keeps us awake and alert!
