      It can do. A bedroom that is too cold, too hot or noisy can disrupt your sleep. What I think is interesting is that the temperature or noise does not have to wake you up to disrupt your sleep, what it does is make the sleep that you are getting very light and unrefreshing. Even though people who live near an airport or train station will be able to sleep, the sleep they are getting is not as good as the sleep of people who don’t live near those things…

      Actually, if you want to know more about noise and sleep you should ask Rachel…she has done lots of work in the area!
