I have..when I was little I used to do it a lot. Apparently, I once went downstairs, opened the front door and knocked on my next door neighbours front door and demanded a chocolate biscuit! Which I did not get…

These days…I don’t do it but I work with people who do…

Hi Nico. I used to when I was younger (which is actually quite common). The funniest time was when I apparently went to the kitchen an filled all the glasses with water talking about needing to give a drink to the 101 dalmatians. My parents still laugh about how concerned I was for those puppies!
I occasionally see people who sleep walk now when I run sleep studies to see if they can be part of some of our sleep studies at the University of Oxford.
I used to work in an NHS sleep clinic and would see quite a few people with potential rem sleep behaviour disorder (sleep walking). The difficult thing is, when they have lots of wires on their head and body, they don’t often walk. All we usually see/hear is talking or tiny muscle twitches. So, I was once part of study trying to use motion sensor technology (the X-box) to wirelessly study their sleep so that we could try and see if their sleep walking/movement was related to the dream they were having!
