      Great question! The most common sleep problems are insomnia (having difficulty falling asleep or waking up in the night and not being able to fall back to sleep) and sleep aponea (brief puases in breathing during the night). What we know is that about 10% of the population have insomnia and between 5-10% of people have apnoea…that is a lot of people! The great news is we know how to manage both of these problems it is just a case of getting the person with the sleep problem to see that they have a problem and get help.
