• Question: What could happen if you wake up a sleepwalker?

      Hi Nicobarnett – People say you should not wake a sleepwalker as they may have a heart attack. I am not so sure that is the case. There is more chance, and especially if they are little, that they will bite you…well perhaps not bite you but they will not be happy! Imagine someone waking you up in the middle of your sleep, you are likely to be confused at first and then annoyed…

      The best thing to do is gently guide them back to bed!
